I am a writer.
I am an almost middle-aged white guy living in South Africa. My background includes media and marketing with a bit of journalism and an ongoing fascination with the dynamic that is South Africa and the South African tribe. My book is almost complete and this forum is a place where I can throw up ideas and my interpretation of events that are unfolding in the South African democracy.
Anybody is welcome here but comments that only have insults and threats will be deleted. Contribute something to the debate, even if you disagree with me or other commentators but don’t simply shout nonsense.
“I want a shot at redemption, I don’t want to end up a cartoon in a cartoon graveyard …” Paul Simon.
“All information looks like noise until you break the code.” Neal Stephenson
More about me as it evolves.
